The Never Ending “Birther” Controversy

A birther has interrupted the House’s reading of the U.S. Constitution.   A birther is anyone who questions Barack Obama’s qualifications to serve as president of the United States.   Journalists rarely explain that there’s more than one type of birther.  Group 1 questions whether President Obama was born in this country.  Group 2 claims that he isn’t eligible to serve because he isn’t a natural born.
